Shipping Information
Shipping is only within the US and we use the USPS exclusively at this time. Shipping is broken down into categories and if you choose the wrong shipping option for your item, you will need to pay the difference or your item will not ship out and could possibly be canceled all together.
Shipping fee's are as follows:
$0-$14.95=$4.95 shipping fee
$14.95-$25.95=$6.95
$25.95-$35.95=$8.95
$35.95-$45.95=$12.95
$45.95-$55.95=$14.95
$55.95 & up=$16.95
$500 flat fee for furniture freight shipping.
Local pickup has no shipping fees & does require you to pickup your purchase. Local pick up is in Sparks, NV.
Returns
Because of the nature of the items we sell, returns are not accepted at this time. If there is a problem with the item you have received, please feel free to contact us. Our goal is for all our customers to be in love with everything they purchase from us!
Item's damaged within the shipping process needs to be brought to our attention within 24 hours and will be handled on a case to case basis. Depending on the damage, a refund of the purchase price or a replacement item will be issued.
